General Questions

Are all your cakes vegan?

Yes! Every cake is 100% vegan with no dairy, eggs, or animal products of any kind. I use high-quality, plant-based ingredients for both the cake and frosting. Whether you need a vegan birthday cake in Ventura or a custom wedding cake in Ojai, you’ll always get desserts that are completely plant-based and made with care.

Do your cakes taste “vegan”?

Not at all. Most people can’t even tell they’re vegan. My cakes are rich, fluffy, and full of flavor, crafted to impress both vegans and non-vegans alike. From classic chocolate cakes to gluten-free vegan pastries for Santa Barbara events, my goal is always to create desserts that everyone at your celebration can enjoy.

Gluten-Free Options

Do you offer gluten-free custom cakes?


Yes! Most cake flavors can be made gluten free by request. They're made with Bob's Mill Gluten Free flour blend, and baked with care to taste just as good as the originals. Just let me know when ordering.

Are your gluten-free cakes made in a certified gluten-free kitchen?


While I take extra care to avoid cross-contamination, my kitchen is not certified gluten free. If you have a severe allergy or medical concern, reach out with any questions.

Ordering & Customization

How far in advance should I order a custom cake?


We recomend you order at least 7 days in advance for custom cakes, and 2–4 weeks for wedding cakes or large custom orders. Weekend pickup spots book the fastest, so earlier is always better.

What information do you need to start a custom order?


To give you the most accurate quote and design, I’ll ask for:

  • Date and type of event (birthday, wedding, baby shower, etc.)

  • Guest count

  • Flavor preferences

  • Design inspiration (photos, themes, or Pinterest boards are welcome!)

Can I get a cake quote before I know all the details?


I can send you a price estimate once I know the basics. Final pricing depends on design, size, and complexity.

Yes! I love working with inspiration photos and themes. I’ll always put a custom twist on it, so your cake feels personal and one-of-a-kind.

Delivery & Pickup

Where is your vegan cake bakery located?

I bake everything fresh in my certified and insured home kitchen in Ventura, California.

Do you offer cake delivery?

​

Yes! I offer custom cake delivery in Ventura and surrounding areas for an additional fee. Availability depends on date and distance—just ask when ordering or visit our Delivery & Pickup page for more info.

Can I pick up my cake instead?

​

Definitely. Free pickup is available from my Ventura location. You’ll receive pickup details once your order is confirmed. Learn more about pickup options here.

Do you make other vegan treats like cupcakes or mini cakes?

What is your cancellation policy?

​

Cancellations are accepted up until 2 weeks from your pickup date. After that point, ingredients may already be purchased and prep may be underway. You can read the full details on our Cancellation Policy page.
