Cake Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

 Life happens—we get it. Here’s what to expect if your plans change.

Understanding Our Policy

 We put a lot of care, time, and preparation into each custom cake order. Because of this, we require notice for cancellations and reserve the right to retain a portion (or all) of your payment depending on timing.

Deposit Policy

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your pickup or delivery date.

  • Orders not paid in full by the due date may be canceled without refund.

Cancellation Timeframes

  • More than 14 days before your event: You may cancel and receive a partial refund (excluding deposit).

  • 7–14 days before your event: 50% of your total may be refunded, depending on how much work has been done.

  • Less than 7 days before event: No refunds. By this time, ingredients have been purchased, prep work has begun, and your spot cannot be rebooked.

Need to Reschedule?

We do our best to accommodate changes in date, depending on availability. Please notify us as soon as possible—rescheduling is not guaranteed, but we’ll always try to work with you.

For weddings and tiered cakes booked more than 30 days in advance, additional terms may apply. These will be detailed in your cake agreement.
